Before starting his new adventure in the EuroLeague with Baskonia, Nico Mannion is disputing the NBA Summer League Las Vegas with the Milwaukee Bucks. Blue, no stranger to the NBA environment since he played there one year at the Warriors, did very well in his debut with the Bucks in the 92-85 win over the Denver Nuggets.
Mannion scored 16 points in 28′, Milwaukee’s second-leading scorer behind only MarJon Beauchamp, a first-round pick in the 2022 Draft who put up 23 with 8 rebounds. The former Virtus Bologna also showcased his athleticism, beating the defender and nailing a two-handed dunk on penetration. Nico Mannion ended his game with 7/13 shooting including a less than inspiring 1/6 from three-point range.

Small side note: among the opponents was Milan’s future center, Ismael Kamagate. Only the announcement is awaited for the Frenchman’s arrival at Olimpia, which will probably come once the Summer League is over. Kamagate scored 5 points in 21′, adding 6 rebounds.
