Kobe Bryant returns to the cover of NBA 2K -

Kobe Bryant will again be on the cover of NBA 2K.

Will Black Mamba be the athlete chosen for the cover of the video game NBA 2K24. It was precisely the year “24,” reminiscent of one of the numbers worn by Kobe, that prompted this choice.

Kobe makes his return to the cover for the fourth time in history. The first was in 2010, then in 2017 and in 2021, a year after his passing. Now NBA 2K has once again chosen Bryant to “pass on the Mamba Mentality to new generations.”, reads a tweet from the parent company.

There will be two editions dedicated to the unforgettable Lakers legend:

the “Kobe Bryant Edition” with image of the Mamba in yellow #8 jersey in the act of single-handed dunk;
the “Black Mamba Edition” With Kobe from behind in purple jersey.
