The starting players for the NBA All-Star Game have been announced. There have been many solid choices in the Eastern Conference, but one exclusion continues to raise suspicions. Jalen Brunson led the New York Knicks to a decent record and a lot of people wanted him to start in the All-Star Game. His absence prompted fans to criticize the decision on Julius Randle’s team leader. Some went so far as to say that Damian Lillard of the Milwaukee Bucks should be the backup.
“Jalen Brunson is not a starter in the All-Star Game in the Eastern Conference and that’s a damn tragedy! I can’t wait for tomorrow when I’m in front of the NBA Today camera! This is such bullshit! Go ahead…”. Kendrick Perkins commented on the Knicks star’s exclusion from the NBA All-Star game.

“Damian Lillard instead of Jalen Brunson is a crime.” e “Jalen Brunson should be the starter instead of Damian Lillard in the All-Star Game, Brunson plays better but Dame is more popular.”
Jalen Brunson should start over Damian Lillard in the All-Star game, Brunson playing better but Dame more popular 🤷🏾♂️

Together with Julius Randle, he has led the Knicks to 27 wins on the season. This record is good for seventh in the Eastern Conference standings.
