LeBron James is incredible, and even Lakers legend Magic Johnson pointed it out. As if he needed further proof that he is arguably the greatest of all time, the Los Angeles Lakers superstar put on another show tonight in leading his team to a 133-89 elimination game over the New Orleans Pelicans in the semifinals of the NBA In-Season Tournament. James was so good that he only needed 23 minutes to score 30 points, the first time in his career. Lakers legend Magic Johnson was keen to point this out, praising LeBron James.
“Another dominant performance by LeBron James tonight, the first time in his career he scored 30 points in 25 minutes!”. Magic posted on his account X after the Lakers’ demolition of the Pelicans.

LeBron will turn 39 in December, but against the Pelicans he played like he was 10 years younger. He shot 9 of 12 from the field and finished with a perfect 4 of 4 from behind the arc, while also adding five rebounds and eight assists in another memorable performance by the league’s all-time leader in points.
LeBron James finished with more points and rebounds than Zion Williamson and Brandon Ingram combined and dished out more assists than anyone else between the Lakers and Pelicans. Simply amazing.
