Dallas Mavericks point guard Kyrie Irving made a $40,000 donation to a 93-year-old South Carolina woman engaged in a legal battle to protect her home from a squatter builder.
Irving donated the money to Josephine Wright, who is being sued by the Bailey Point Investment Group for allegedly blocking construction work on a complex near her property. According to a DailyMail article, Wright inherited the land in 2012 from her husband, now deceased.
