NBA training camps have begun and Facundo Campazzo has not yet found a team after his contract with the Denver Nuggets expired.
For this reason, the Argentine point guard could return to play in Europe after two seasons in the NBA. In pole position is the Real Madrid, a team Campazzo left two years ago by paying (in installments) a hefty buyout.
The point, however, is that even the EuroLega bigs have already formed their respective rosters, and adding an element like Campazzo would involve the outlay of a extra budget that not all of them have available.
Among the companies willing to invest, however, seems to be the Partizan Belgrade, determined to reappear in style in the Old Continent’s top competition. The Serbs, after taking Ioannis Papapetrou, would like to give another gift to Zeljko Obradovic and have reportedly already submitted their one-year offer to Campazzo.
The Argentine at the moment has not yet made a decision and is sifting through the various possibilities on the plate.
Partizan Belgrade is joining the race for Facundo Campazzo. Per source, Serbian powerhouse has offered an Argentinian guard a one-year deal.
Campazzo has made no decision yet about his future.
