I Sacramento Kings return home with the series tied again at 2-2 and the injury of De’Aaron Fox worrisome. The point guard had played all of Game-4, even proving decisive in the finale with the triple that had allowed Sacramento to get back to -1, but it has emerged in the past few hours a fracture in his left index finger that could prevent him from taking the court in the next games. Fox’s presence for Game-5, to be played on Wednesday night and Thursday, is in doubt although the Kings star will try to grit his teeth.
In this series Fox has arguably been the best player on the court, with 31.5 points and 7.0 assists average.
Kings guard De’Aaron Fox fractured the very tip of his left index finger in Game 4, but there’s still hope he will try and play Game 5 on Tuesday, sources tell ESPN. Fox would need to play with a protective covering on the finger. He will be listed as doubtful.
