ANTETOKOUNMPO EJECTED! He doesn’t take it and protests by sitting in the audience

Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Bucks faced the Detroit Pistons in Milwaukee. The Motor City team has faded into the background in recent years as the Bucks overtook them as an Eastern Conference power.

The Bucks’ veterans led the Pistons by nearly double digits as the third quarter expired at Fiserv Forum. The Pistons got back to a five-point lead in the fourth and final period but then surrendered to the Bucks’ overwhelming power. Giannis was ejected in unusual fashion from the game against the Pistons’ rivals for provoking an opponent.

The Greek clashed with a young opponent and was tested in ways he did not expect, bringing out emotions few would have imagined seeing.

The point to be made and which raises a smile is that after the expulsion, in protest, Giannis Antetokounmpo sat in the front row in the audience.

Giannis Antetokounmpo finished before his ejection with 15 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists in 22 minutes of play. Bobby Portis surprisingly led the Bucks with 18 points, while Cade Cunningham was best for the Detroit Pistons with 28 points.

Even in this situation Giannis Antetokounmpo was able to make himself known, proving once again that he is an icon of this new NBA. And then it always makes one smile when they protest as if they were in UISP and not in the NBA because that is the essence of our sport.
