Danilo Gallinari is continuing his season with the Washington Wizards and tonight he made his In-Season Tournament debut against the Miami Heat. The Rooster is among the veterans on the roster and let’s just say that seeing him dunk is not so commonplace, which is why we bring this super super dunk to your attention:
Danilo Gallinari ended his performance at Miami’s Kaseya Center with 6 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists in 9 minutes and 23 seconds. The Rooster also lost a ball during his contest against the lineup of Jimmy Butler & Co.
Unfortunately, the Washington Wizards failed to start this new NBA tourney with a victory as Danilo Gallinari and his teammates bowed out in front of the Miami Heat with the final result of 121 to 114. Tyler Herro’s near triple-double of 24 points, 10 rebounds and 9 assists was decisive. Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo also did well, scoring 20 and 18 points apiece. The Capitols’ top scorers were Kyle Kuzma (22), always very stylish at the arena, and Jordan Poole (19).
