The NBA will have a new star trio starting next season: the Phoenix Suns have indeed won the race to Bradley Beal, ended up on the market in recent days. As reported by Shams Charania, the Suns will get Beal in exchange for Chris Paul, Landry Shamet, several second-round draft picks and some pick swap, or the ability for Washington to trade its first-round pick in the draft for Phoenix’s pick.
In this way Beal will form new Big Three along with Kevin Durant and Devin Booker, coached by Frank Vogel.

To reconcile the trade, Bradley Beal also decided to. to waive his no-trade clause, meaning that beginning with his new adventure in Arizona, he will no longer be able to veto trades involving him. After years of sworn allegiance to Washington, the three-time All Star will change jerseys for the first time: also complicit in the Wizards’ desire to rebuild after so many years without getting results.
