Patrick Beverley likes several NBA contenders — including the Lakers

It’s been less than two weeks since Patrick Beverley was traded from the Minnesota Timberwolves to the Utah Jazz in the Rudy Gobert super trade, and it looks like he could potentially be on the move again, according to rumors.

Per Bleacher Report’s Jake Fischer, Pat Bev is a “strong trade candidate” and is drawing serious interest from two contenders: the Los Angeles Lakers and the Miami Heat:

Patrick Beverley also appears to be a strong trade candidate. The former Timberwolves point guard has attracted interest from the Lakers and Heat, sources told B/R. Philadelphia had been mentioned as a potential suitor for Beverley, with his past experience in Houston and the Sixers’ obvious deep connections with the Rockets, but it seems unlikely that Beverley could tie up with the Sixers anytime soon after the team selected De’Anthony Melton on draft night.

Fischer notes that the Sixers could also be a possible suitor for Patrick Beverley, but they just signed De’Anthony Melton and PJ Tucker. He seems unlikely to land in Philadelphia.

Where will Pat Bev move to? We will have to wait and see, but we will know shortly.
