Mikal Bridges stayed on the court 4 seconds to keep his record steady

Mikal Bridges is one of the most consistent NBA players, not only in performance but also in his stamina. Today the Brooklyn Nets, already sure of sixth place, kept their best players at rest in the showdown against Boston, but the former Suns was lined up in the quintet anyway. Not to play, but to Keep open the streak of 392 consecutive games played in the NBA. Bridges has in fact remained on the court only 4 seconds: the time of the two-ball, then the Nets committed an intentional foul to allow the player to sit on the bench immediately.

The final day of the regular season, for most teams, is just a formality ahead of the Playoffs, but Bridges still wouldn’t give up his record.
