Los Angeles Lakers, the moves on the first day of free agency

I Los Angeles Lakers were among the teams making the most moves on this first (half) day of NBA free agency. The yellow-viola, after a roller-coaster season culminating with a 4-0 loss in the Conference Finals at the hands of Denver, had many decisions to make and key players potentially packing their bags. Of these, it was confirmed Rui Hachimura with a three-year, $51 million total deal. The Japanese, who arrived from Washington at the last trade deadline, has been instrumental in the Playoffs. A confirmation that has not yet arrived but that could come in the coming hours is instead that of Austin Reaves., who will surely have offers and to whom the Lakers have reportedly proposed a four-year, $52 million total deal.

In the booth, the Lakers let go of. Dennis Schroder, who signed a two-year, $26 million deal with the Toronto Raptors, and they replaced him with Gabe Vincent. The point guard comes from the Finals played with the Miami Heat and last season scored 9.4 points on average: signing a three-year, $33 million total. In the outfield department, the following was then added Cam Reddish, so far an eternal unfulfilled. Between Atlanta, New York and Portland, the Duke product has never made an impact and indeed has at times also found very little space: in the last season between the Knicks and Blazers he scored 9.7 points per game. Reddish signs a two-year, $4.6 million total..

Finally just a little while ago the Lakers also secured. Jaxson Hayes, a long, athletic center who never made an impact in his years at the New Orleans Pelicans. Hayes signs a two-year deal, numbers not yet known. Last season in NOLA, the long man averaged 5.0 points.
