LeBron\’s Season 20: Debut loss to Curry\’s Warriors

Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors tonight got off on the right foot in the NBA by beating LeBron James\’ Los Angeles Lakers 123 to 109.

The first half was all things considered balanced. The Warriors tried several times to push their foot on the accelerator but King and Anthony Davis were good and dogged in staying in touch, closing down by 7 points, 59 to 52, at the 24\’ mark.

The watershed period of the match was the third because the hosts won 32 to 19, giving a pretty big shove to the contest. The last 12 minutes were almost garbage time because the gap is too important between Curry\’s team and LeBron\’s team to be bridged, and in the end the Golden Stare Warriors took home their first win of the season with a final score of 123 a 109.

Curry got the MVP award of the match with 33 points to go with 6 rebounds and 4 assists to like. LeBron has started his season 20 really well. in the league with almost a triple double: 31 points, 14 rebounds and 8 assists in 35 minutes. Good performance also by Davis, who finished his performance with 27 points. Double-double for Russell Westbrook with 19 points and 11 rebounds starting in the quintet and not from the bench as they had tried in preseason.
