After a year away from the courts over allegations of exhibitionism by several women, including the San Antonio Spurs’ psychologist, Josh Primo is preparing to return to the NBA. The player has struck a deal for a two-way contract with the Los Angeles Clippers. It will therefore be a step backward, as Primo was considered a rising talent after his first season at the Spurs.
Before he can return to the court, however, Primo will have to serve a four-game suspension precisely because of his off-court behaviors. As reported by Adrian Wojnarowski, the player would be evaluated by some specialists before signing.
In his only NBA season so far, Josh Primo had scored. 5.8 points on average in San Antonio as a rookie.
Primo underwent evaluation with specialists who consult with the Clippers and the organization is comfortable giving him this opportunity.
