The Italian night between Thursday and Friday i Philadelphia 76ers will make their regular season debut against the Milwaukee Bucks. For the first game of the year the Sixers will not field James Harden, who has participated in only one practice in the past month and has never taken the field in the preseason. In recent days the Beard had flown to Houston, initially thought to be for the arm wrestle with Daryl Morey but in the last hours it was discovered instead it was for a more serious reason: his sick mother.
In the past few hours however James Harden returned to Philadelphia and would therefore be able to play the day after tomorrow in Milwaukee. The player was willing to leave with the team, but according to Chris Haynes the Sixers reportedly decided to have him stay in Philly to train, given the many days missed for personal reasons. Harden will join the rest of the team when his teammates return from the doubleheader in Milwaukee and Toronto, making his season debut at home against Portland on Italian night between Sunday and Monday.
