Jabari Smith Jr and the difficult experience in Philadelphia with the SuperBowl

Last night, in Phoenix, the SuperBowl LVI between Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs, victorious in a comeback among other controversies. Lots of NBA players, including LeBron James (present at SoFi Stadium), commented on the sporting event of the year. But not all with enthusiasm. The rookie Jabari Smith Jr., the third overall pick in the last draft, was in fact on the road in Philadelphia with his Houston Rockets.

Smith Jr expressed frustration on Instagram about the noise coming from the streets of Philadelphia, with Eagles fans unleashed before, during, and after the game. “I’m trying to sleep. Guys, I have to mark Embiid tomorrow!” said the Rockets player resuming the road under the hotel. Who knows if he finally got a few hours of sleep and managed to hold his own against the 76ers phenom?
