It’s already DAME TIME in Milwaukee! Lillard dominates against the Sixers

The Milwaukee Bucks won in their 2022-23 NBA debut against the Philadelphia 76ers thanks to Lillard’s Dame Time. Giannis Antetokounmpo came out on top, while Damian Lillard delivered an epic performance. Lillard dominated the Sixers throughout the game, but in the final minutes of the fourth quarter came Dame Time.

The Sixers held on and kept the game close. Lillard made some crucial shots in the fourth period to help stop Philadelphia’s run. His first shot was a blowby that led to an and-one to extend the Bucks’ lead:

Eventually, the Sixers fought back and got within two points of a lead with a minute left. Of course, Lillard took the offensive reins and made a three-point basket:

Damian Lillard finished with 39 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists in his debut with the Milwaukee Bucks. Giannis Antetokounmpo put up 23 points, 13 rebounds and 3 assists.

The Sixers held on without James Harden, who did not travel with the team. Harden missed the entire preseason in Philadelphia, but the team still looks strong.
