DeMarcus Cousins trying again. The big man tries again to find a contract in NBA.
Cousins has been steady since the end of last season, played partly with the Milwaukee Bucks and then with the Denver Nuggets, where he traveled at an average of 9 points and 5 rebounds in 14 minutes per game. In recent months he seemed close to joining Dwight Howard in Taiwan but is now trying the NBA route again.
Next Week. Boogie will hold an audition with the Los Angeles Lakers, desperate for reinforcements to reach the postseason train.
Yahoo! Sports also talks about another yellow-violet workout, that of Tyler Dorsey who has been screened in recent hours by coach Darvin Ham and Rob Pelinka. The Greek, recently cut by the Dallas Mavericks, is the object of desire of many EuroLeague bigs but at the moment has chosen to stay in the United States to try to snag a new contract. For him, there is initial talk of a decadal.
We will see if either (or both) will be signed by the Lakers in the coming days.
