Bogdan Bogdanovic, Serbia’s phenom who recently won silver at the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023, participated in Danilo and Federico Gallinari’s ‘A CRESTA ALTA’ podcast.
Federico introduced him by saying he won a EuroLega with Fenerbahce before going to the NBA, and Gallinari joked with Bogdanovic that he has won nothing in his career. Too bad the Serbian is fully aware of the palmares of the Rooster who, apart from a few individual awards when he was still at Olimpia Milano, like the MVP of Serie A, has never brought home team trophies:
- Gallinari: “But what has this guy won? He hasn’t won anything!”
- Bogdanovic: “Danilo got in front of the camera and started talking about himself … he didn’t win anything, except money, that’s it.”
Gallinari and Bogdanovic both have the same dream: to win an NBA title. They are unlikely to achieve it this year, however, because the Washington Wizards and Atlana Hawks do not start with that ambition, although the NBA occasionally gives us surprises.
The hope is that the Italian and the Serbian can fulfill their wishes soon and then immediately return to the EuroLeague.
