It looks like Anthony Edwards may be fined. After the Minnesota Timberwolves’ 107-to-101 victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder, Edwards directed criticism at the referees.
In particular, the guard dwelt on how the Timberwolves had to play with the Thunder’s physicality, with no whistle blown by the referees.
“I’ll take the fine, but the referees didn’t protect us tonight.” said Edwards. “We had to play on every bump, every contact — I don’t know. I don’t know how we won tonight.”
