On last night’s Italian night there was the absolute debut of Alessandro Pajola in the NBA world. The Light Blue is playing the Summer League with the Dallas Mavericks and took the court for the first time against the Bulls in Las Vegas. Although his Mavs lost by getting a comeback in the finale, Pajola stayed on the court 28′ (third most minutes on the team), finishing with 5 points, 4 rebounds, 8 assists and 3 steals, compared with 2 turnovers.

His passes, which have yielded precisely 8 assists, have already made Mavs fans fall in love with him. Pajola is still under contract with Virtus Bologna until 2025 and at the moment the chances of a permanent NBA landing are very slim, but in life never say never. If the azure will play so well in the next few games as well, maybe Dallas will consider it.
