Another outstanding performance for Paul Banchero.
Italian rookie leads the Orlando Magic to sixth win in a row by scrambling the Boston Celtics Garden. 31 points in the end, 22 in the first half alone, an unsolved puzzle for all the defenders Joe Mazzulla sent against him.
But what is newsworthy, besides the performance itself, is. the 5/6 from behind the arc. An excellent percentage to correct also one of the few not entirely positive aspects of Banchero’s impact in the NBA. So far the azure is shooting 31.6 percent from three-point range, a percentage that is far from despicable, but if he should manage to improve it even more he would really become a super star, already after only a few months in the NBA.
