Nikola Jokic of the Denver Nuggets committed a technical foul in his team’s NBA playoff game against the Phoenix Suns when he elbowed Suns owner Mat Ishbia after the ball went out of bounds.
The Suns were trying to tie the series at 2-2 so they could return to Denver in a tie for Game 5.

Not surprisingly, NBA fans had a lot of reactions on Twitter after the trade of Nikola Jokic for Mat Ishbia.
In the end fortunately it all came to nothing and the Phoenix Suns beat the Denver Nuggets by a stratospheric 53-point Nikola Jokic.
Of course, the Serbian did not purposefully elbow the Suns owner. It could have been him as it could have been anyone, he just happened to be in the path and received this slight elbow that knocked him off balance, causing him to go backwards.
We don’t think there will be any disqualifications for Jokic ahead of Game 5, at most a fine because it’s wrong for him to entertain fans during the game anyway.
