The NBA reported the players who attracted the most attention on social media during this season.
This is a ranking that does not take into account the number of followers but that (more indicative) of the views of content posted by players on various social media. The top four attested to over a billion impressions and the first two come close to 2 billion.
Ahead of all LeBron James with 1.98 billion views, then Stephen Curry (1.78) and in third place Victor Wembanyama (1.38 billion). Crazy numbers for the French phenomenon testifying to the incredible impact of the “Wemby phenomenon.” In fourth place is Luka Doncic, who doubles fifth, Kyrie Irving. This is followed by Nikola Jokic, Anthony Edwards (NBA’s rising star as far as “local” athletes are concerned), Giannis Antetokounmpo, Jayson Tatum and closing out the top ten is another sacred monster, Kevin Durant.
