Tacko Fall will not play in the NBA next season or in Europe, as it seemed until a few days ago.
The Senegalese center, former Boston Celtics and Cleveland Cavaliers, will go to play in China for the Xinjiang. Last year Fall played 10 games with the Cavs and 30 in the G-League with Canton traveling with averages of 16 points and 11 rebounds per game.
Fall has become a cult player mainly among fans more than for his exploits on the court. He will now take his 231 cm to China for a year, trying to revive himself and aim for the NBA again.
Three-year NBA veteran Tacko Fall is signing a one-year deal in the Chinese Basketball Association with Xinjiang, per sources. The 7-foot-6 center played for Boston and Cleveland and now departs to play abroad.
