Suns strike last blow this free agency and sign Eric Gordon

I Phoenix Suns have snagged the latest free agent capable of making an immediate impact on their team: Eric Gordon. The veteran, let go by the Clippers to pay a lower $110 million luxury tax, will sign with the Suns and will be the icing on the cake of a roster that wants to win the title as early as next year. This offseason Phoenix obtained Bradley Beal via trade and then put under contract as free agents, in addition to Gordon, Yuta Watanabe, Keita Bates-Diop, Drew Eubanks and Chimezie Metu. Josh Okogie and Damion Lee were finally renewed.

Details of Gordon’s deal with Phoenix have yet to be disclosed. The player, 34, had arrived in LA last February and last season scored 16.0 point average between Rockets and Clippers.
