Simone Fontecchio in double figures, Jazz win against Spurs

The Utah Jazz inflicted yet another defeat on the San Antonio Spurs this season, their 16th straight. The team of Simone Fontecchio won 102-118, with the Blue finally getting back into double figures with 11 points in 13′.

Fontecchio pulled 2/4 from the field, 1/2 from three-point range and 6/6 at the free. It is the first time in double figures since December 8, the famous game against Golden State in which he also scored the game-winner with a dunk. In recent games, the Italian is finding more space in the Jazz, accomplice to the many changes in the roster and the departure of several players. The one against the Spurs was the 6th game out of the last 7 in double figures for minutes.
