Simone Fontecchio was one of the few positive notes of the Utah Jazz against the Los Angeles Lakers because the Salt Lake City franchise at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles lost 131 to 99 with a Anthony Davis double-double, 26 points and 16 rebounds.
Fontecchio did his thing with the Jazz, as much as possible with this Utah vs. these Lakers, as he put up 11 points in 27 minutes and change, shooting 4 of 6 from the field, including 3 of 5 from long range. The 1995 class boy also addedand 4 rebounds and 1 stoppage to his performance against the California franchise.
HERE you can watch highlights of the challenge.
Unfortunately, however, the Utah Jazz are having a very complicated time and are coming off 3 losses in their last 5 games. And there seems to be no way for the Salt Lake City team to improve.
It should also be noted that the Jazz’s top scorer was Uzbek-born Turk Omer Yurtseven, confirming the team’s internationality, as Utah’s leader is a finalndian like Lauri Markkanen.
Let’s see how Fontecchio’s season evolves, hoping he can always play these minutes and can always go into double figures, while still bringing home a win.
