Rui Hachimura to Lakers, trade closing with Washington

I Los Angeles Lakers make the first move, a few weeks before the trade deadline, and get their hands on Rui Hachimura. The long Japanese player did not agree to a renewal deal with the Washington Wizards, who had put him on the market in recent days so as not to lose him for free in the summer. Hachimura will end up at the Lakers in exchange for Kendrick Nunn and three second-round picks in future drafts., as reported by ESPN.

This season, Hachimura is maintaining 13.0 points and 4.3 rebounds average at Washington, statistically his best year since he has been in the NBA. Nunn, on the other hand, after missing all of last season due to injury, is scoring in this one. 6.7 points average and has gone into double figures in 6 of the last 9 outings.
