Nikola Jokic LEGENDARY! Another race that had NEVER been seen.

In the win against the Toronto Raptors, Denver Nuggets star Nikola Jokic finished with 35 points, 17 rebounds, 12 assists, 6 steals and 2 stoppages. According to Basketball Reference’s StatHead, no one had ever recorded these figures in NBA history before this game, making Jokic the first person to do so.

Even if the criteria were only 35 points, 15 rebounds, 10 assists and 5 steals, Jokic would join Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Terry Cummings and George McGinnis as the only 4 players in NBA history to record such a figure. Even taking away the stoppages, Jokic had never recorded 35 points, 17 rebounds, 12 assists and 6 steals before this game.

Jokic has not slowed his historic playoff run at all. A favorite for the MVP title, which would be the third of his career, Jokic is already one of the all-time greats.

The game against the Raptors was truly dominant for Nikola Jokic. He helped his Nuggets overcome a 22-point deficit to get a big win. The Nuggets are still looking for the top seed and this win was important to keep up with the other top teams in the West.
