Los Angeles Lakers, Anthony Davis out at least a month

It didn’t seem like anything too serious at first, but the latest injury suffered by Anthony Davis will keep him out a lot. The longtime Los Angeles Lakers had exited in the second quarter of the last game against Denver due to a foot injury: according to Shams Charania, the injury will keep Davis out for at least a month.

Lakers are bracing for an indefinite absence for the Lakers star, sources say, after he sustained the right foot injury in Friday’s win over Denver. Davis has arguably played the most dominant ball of his career this season. https://t.co/WCTr2y7eNp

This is yet another injury suffered by AD, who has always been very fragile in recent years. The long yellow-viola was perhaps playing the best basketball of his career in the last period. Davis this season is in fact maintaining 27.4 points and 12.1 rebounds average, clearly the Lakers’ best. So far he had missed only 3 games, despite some sporadic injuries. We will probably see him again in late January.
