After being crowned the leading scorer in his NBA career, LeBron James also became the only player in history to score 39,000 points.

James reached the milestone with a three-pointer in the first quarter of the Los Angeles Lakers’ game against the Utah Jazz. He finished with 17 points, 9assists and 7 rebounds in 24 minutes as the Lakers cruised to a 131-99 victory.
LeBron James continues to play at an insane level in his 21st season in the NBA, averaging 26.4 points, 8.2 rebounds and 6.5 assists. At the current pace, James is expected to reach the 40,000-point mark around the All-Star break.
James is also in the NBA’s all-time top 5 in minutes played (No. 3), shots from the field made and attempted (No. 2 in both), free throws made (No. 4) and attempted (No. 5) and assists (No. 4). We are talking about numbers we have never seen before and will probably never see again, unless a new LeBron James is born, but that is more than difficult.
Who knows how high King will go this season and before the end of his NBA adventure with the Los Angeles Lakers or some other franchise.
