But the Orlando Magic may still call him up in free agency.
According to BetOnline odds, the Magic are the favorites to get Klay Thompson’s signature, with odds of +300 at the moment. The top five of Thompson’s potential suitors is rounded out by the San Antonio Spurs (+600), Oklahoma City Thunder (+600), Philadelphia 76ers (+700) and Detroit Pistons (+800).
The Los Angeles Lakers, a team that has long been rumored to be keeping an eye on Klay Thompson, are a long shot to sign the Warriors’ sharpshooter. Their odds are set at +2000.
Let’s see what will happen but we feel like saying. this summer the Splash Brothers may indeed part ways with Klay Thompson, who could end his NBA career on a team other than the Golden State Warriors, unfortunately for us fans. But the last word is yet to be said….
