A couple of weeks ago a photo had been circulating a lot that depicted Jimmy Butler Crossing a street in Miami riding a horse, complete with cowboy hat. The Heat star is no stranger to outlandish behavior, and some had speculated it might be his musical project, as Butler is reportedly working on a country album.
Instead these days it was finally revealed what Butler was doing on a horse in a metropolis like Miami. It was filming for a commercial, specifically one for Essentia Hydroboost, a hydration drink for which Jimmy B is a testimonial. In the video also posted by the player on his own social media, Jimmy Butler can be seen arriving on horseback at a small field and beginning to challenge those present to an H.O.R.S.E. competition., a famous game in which you try to score particularly difficult shots (every time one player scores and the other doesn’t, that player adds a letter; whoever dials the word “horse” first wins).
In the video Butler scores all his shots by standing on his horse. Some are deliberately absurd, like the one standing on the saddle. When he misses the last letter, his opponent performs a dunk seemingly impossible to replicate with a horse, instead Butler takes flight and at Jordan in the Space Jam finale manages to score even that shot, winning the challenge.
