The NBA, after announcing the All-Rookie quintets for the 2022-23 regular season yesterday, also unveiled the two All-Defensive quintets. The award aims to crown the best defenders of the season, without a role constraint.
Starring, as they have for the past few years, the Milwaukee Bucks with no less than two players, Brook Lopez and Jrue Holiday, in the first quintet. Completing the best defensive starting five are. Jaren Jackson Jr., Defender of the Year, Alex Caruso and Evan Mobley. In the second quintet we find instead the much-talked-about Dillon Brooks, along with Bam Adebayo, OG Anunoby, Draymond Green and Derrick White.
