Overnight the NBA made official the participants in the three individual competitions of the All Star Saturday, which will take place Saturday in Salt Lake City. The contest that is historically the most spectacular and interesting, the Slam Dunk Contest, will, as always, be the last one in chronological order but this year it will feature semi-stars facing each other. The participants will in fact be KJ Martin, Trey Murphy III, Jericho Sims and Mac McClung. The latter just signed a two-way contract with the Philadelphia 76ers but has only played in the G-League so far this season.
Instead, there will be 8 participants in the Three-Point Contest, led by Damian Lillard e Jayson Tatum. There will then be Tyrese Haliburton, Lauri Markkanen, Buddy Hield, Tyler Herro, Kevin Huerter and Anfernee Simons.
