Milwaukee Bucks with their backs against the wall: Damian Lillard likely absent in Game-4

I Milwaukee Bucks have so far played the first 3 games of the series against the Indiana Pacers without Giannis Antetokounmpo, out due to a strain suffered in the last days of the regular season. But more than the Greek’s recovery in the last hours is being talked about the condition of the other star, Damian Lillard, exited Game 3 battered. Although Lillard played the entire game, including overtime, he did so with an injury suffered in the very last quarter, an Achilles tendon strain..

Lillard wore a foot brace in the postgame and is now in serious doubt for Game 4, which will be played in Indianapolis on the Italian night between Sunday and Monday. So far, the former Portland has scored 32.3 points on average in the series against the Pacers, often producing especially in the first half. The Bucks also lacked that and now, despite Middleton’s heroic performance in Game-3, they find themselves down 2-1 in a series in which they started as favorites. A loss in the next game would give Indiana the first match-point in Game-5 to complete the upset.

However, even from Giannis there is no good news coming. Doc Rivers said after Game-3 that the Greek would practice today but also that he “doubted” he would recover him in time for the next game.
