Nico Mannion will try to taste the NBA again next month when he participates in the Summer League. The point guard, this year at Virtus Bologna with poor fortunes, received in these hours a Qualifying Offer from the Golden State Warriors.. This move makes Mannion a restricted free agent and allows Golden State to draw whatever offers might come from overseas.
The player’s future is uncertain, but the Warriors are keeping an eye on the situation should he eventually decide to play his cards again in the NBA. In his only season in the states, Mannion has maintained 4.1 average points in 30 games on a two-way contract.
The Golden State Warriors tendered a Two-Way qualifying offer to Nico Manion to make him a restricted free agent on July 1, a league source tells @spotrac.
Manion played last season for Virtus Bologna in Italy. He played for GSW on a Two-Way in the 2020-21 season.
