Tonight Game-4 was played between the Milwaukee Bucks and the Indiana Pacers with the Indianapolis lineup taking a 3-1 lead in the series. As a reminder, Giannis Antetokounmpo is still out with injury and tonight Damian Lillard did not play and therefore Milwaukee decided to bring back from the bench Danilo Gallinari, who had not played in the NBA since last April 12. See how the 1988 class’ playoff debut with the Bucks went.
Danilo Gallinari played 13-plus minutes in the Pacers’ win over Milwaukee with 6 points and 3 rebounds to go along with 2 assists. The Italian shot 3 of 5 from two with a plus-minus of -11. Unfortunately, the Wisconsin franchise is having a very complicated season, and as things stand today, are unlikely to make it to the second round of the playoffs, especially if The Greek Freak and Dame Time do not return in game-5.
Let’s see if this was a move to try to spread the cards on the part of coach Doc Rivers or whether the Rooster will become in effect an important pawn also in the next match against the Indiana Pacers. Game-5 is set with a two-game ball for tomorrow night at 3:30 in Milwaukee.
